1. Marketplace service
TBH India provides an online interface for product discovery, customer accounts, checkout, order information and seller tools. Products may be offered by independent sellers. Seller approval and product approval requirements may apply.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for using accurate account and delivery information and keeping your password, verification codes and account access private. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may restrict accounts where we reasonably suspect misuse or a security risk.
3. Product information and availability
Product descriptions, images, prices, stock availability, tax classifications and other listing information should be reviewed before ordering. Availability can change. If a material listing error or stock issue affects an order, support may contact the customer to resolve it in line with applicable requirements.
4. Orders and prices
An order is subject to acceptance and fulfilment checks. The payable total, applicable taxes, shipping charges and selected payment method should be shown during checkout. Do not rely on a payment screen or confirmation that does not match the order total shown by the website.
5. Payments
Online payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Orders are not treated as successfully paid merely because a browser displays a message; the platform must receive and verify payment status. Cash-on-delivery availability may vary by order, location or operational rules.
6. Dispatch, delivery and tracking
Delivery estimates, when shown, are estimates and may change due to seller processing, courier capacity, location, weather, strikes, security checks or other events outside reasonable control. Tracking information depends on carrier updates. See the Shipping Policy.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation, return and refund eligibility depend on the order status, item type, condition, applicable rules and the platform's review process. A refund is not complete until it is approved/processed through the applicable payment or refund workflow. See the Refund Policy.
8. Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate product and business information, maintain permitted listings and stock data, fulfil accepted orders and comply with applicable laws and marketplace rules. Account approval does not waive a seller's legal obligations.
9. Prohibited use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with payment or order records, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights or submit unlawful or misleading listings. Website branding and platform materials may not be reused without permission.
10. Service changes and liability
Features may change to maintain, improve or secure the marketplace. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided subject to availability, and third-party courier/payment services may be subject to their own terms.
