- Payments and refunds: payment-provider references, payment status and refund details needed to manage an order. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.
- Seller information: business/contact details, tax information, product listings, inventory, pickup locations and payout/refund details submitted for marketplace operations.
- Technical and security data: server logs, session information and login-attempt records used for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to operate customer and seller accounts, process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, verify accounts, manage cancellations/returns/refunds, maintain marketplace financial records, prevent misuse, comply with applicable requirements and improve reliability.
3. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with the seller fulfilling an order, payment providers, delivery and shipping providers, email/authentication providers, hosting/infrastructure providers and professional or governmental parties where required for operations or by law. We do not ask customers to provide payment passwords or UPI PINs.
4. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain order and financial records, resolve disputes, protect the platform and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by data type.
5. Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Access to account, banking, refund and seller information should be limited to authorised operational needs.
6. Cookies and sessions
The website uses session-related storage and cookies needed for account login, shopping and security. Blocking essential cookies may prevent some parts of the website from working correctly.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of account information, subject to identity verification, operational needs and legal retention obligations. Some order, payment or financial records may need to be retained even after an account request.

The marketplace is not designed for children to make purchases independently. A parent or guardian should contact us if they believe a child has submitted personal information inappropriately.
